阻燃聚合物接枝率表征的新方法

【摘要】 目的用一种表征聚合物表面接枝率的新方法研究聚合物阻燃性能与接枝率之间的关系.方法以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)作为研究对象,利用电子束预辐照方法在不同条件下进行接枝,以基材单位面积上接枝单体的量来表征接枝率,对质量法和面积法表征接枝率进行比较,对其极限氧指数(LOI)进行测定,并研究它们之间的关系.结果研究发现,以质量法表征接枝率得到的LOI与接枝率之间的线性关系较差,而用面积法表征接枝率得到的LOI与其有一定的线性关系.结论利用面积法研究接枝率与LOI之间的关系,对聚合物表面接枝赋予材料阻燃性能有着重要作用

【Abstract】 Aim To find a new way of characterizing grafting ratio of polymeric surface, and study the relationship of retardency performance and grafting ratio.Methods ABS acted as materials for study, electron beam preirradiation was used to graft the monomer on the surface of polymer under the different conditions. Mass method and area method were used to indicate the grafting ratio, L OI was measured to study their relationship. Results The relation between mass grafting ratio and L OI was less linear. However, the relation between grafting ratio in area method and L OI was linear partly. Conclusion Using area method to indicate the grafting ratio of polymeric surface and is an important method for the flame retardancy of polymer.
