辐射棉纤维素对硝化纤维素性能的影响

【摘要】 目的研究用高能电子辐射预处理精制棉纤维素对制备的硝化纤维素性能的影响.方法用N2O5HNO3体系硝化辐射后的棉纤维素,用粘度计法和偏光显微镜法分别测定硝化纤维素的粘度和含氮量.结果当棉纤维素的吸收剂量为0~14kGy时,硝化纤维素的粘度从0.598Pa·s降至0.036Pa·s,含氮量保持不变.结论棉纤维素的吸收剂量与硝化纤维素的粘度之间存在定量关系η=354.8D-0.97.在硝化条件一定时,不同的吸收剂量对硝化纤维素的含氮量及氮量均匀性没有影响.

【Abstract】 Aim To study the effect of high energy electrons radiated cotton cellulose on properties of nitrocellulose(NC). Methods The nitrocellulose was prepared by the N 2O 5HNO 3 system and then radiatied by high energy electrons. The viscosity of NC was determined by viscometry and the nitrogen content was determined by polarizing microscope method, respectively. Results The viscosity of NC changes from 0 598 Pa·s to 0 036 Pa·s as the absorption doses varies from 0 kGy to 14 kGy, while the nitrogen content of NC is retained basically. Conclusion The emperic relationship between the viscosity of NC and doses of absorption was obtained, it is η= 354 8 D -0 97 . Under a certain nitrating conditions, the nitrogen content and homogeneous of NC are retained basically with different doses of absorption.
