炼钢用锰球团矿直接合金化动力学

【摘要】 用锰球团矿对钢的直接合金化的动力学过程进行了研究,讨论了初始钢中碳、渣中MnO含量和渣的碱度及炉温等与反应过程渣中MnO的还原速率的关系.MnO还原的表观反应级数为一级.实验得到锰的平均回收率为79.67%.

【Abstract】 The kinetic process of direct alloying with manganese ore pellets in steelmaking has been studied. The relation of C in initial steel, MnO content in slag, the alkalinity of slag and furnace temperature with reducing rate of MnO in slag during reaction process has been analyzed. The apparent reaction order of MnO reduction is determined as first order reaction. The factors which influence the recovery of Mn and the end point Mn coment has been also discussed. The average recovery of Mn is measured as 79.67 %.
