钢-铝固液相复合板界面层厚度建模
Model of the Intermetallic Layer Thickness of Steel-Aluminum Solid to Liquid Bonding Plate
【摘要】 采用人工神经网络方法建立了钢-铝固液相复合中助焊剂质量分数、铝液温度、模具温度、压力与界面层厚度间的关系模型,并结合最大剪切强度的复合工艺参数得出了钢-铝固液相压力复合的最佳界面层厚度为10.0μm.
【Abstract】 The relationship model of concentration of flux solution,temperature of liquid aluminium,temperature of tools,pressure and intermetallic layer thickness under steel-aluminum solid to liquid bonding wasestablished by means of Anificial Neural Networks (ANN)perfectly. The optimum thickness whose value was10.0 μm had been determined according to the bonding parameter values for the optimum shearing strength.
