曲柄滑块机构中有间隙运动副的反力
REACTION FORCES OF KINETIC PAIRS OF A SLIDER-CRANK MECHANISM DUE TO CLEARANCE
【摘要】 在转动副有间隙的曲柄滑块机构中,运动副反力的一般表达归结为“无质量连接模式”,运用特殊的方法对接触角作分析处理,就可以得到运动副反力的分析表达式。分析的结果表明在一个曲柄转角周期,有间隙的转动副中存在两次“分离”。最后,还指出了使有间隙的运动副两元素之间保持“持续接触”的一种简单方法
【Abstract】 The general expressions of reaction forces of kinetic pairs in a slider-crank mechanism with clearance at a turning pair are deduced by applying“massless link model ".An analytical solution to contact angle is given in a special way,so that the analytical expressions of reaction forces of kinetic pairs are obtained .The analytical result of the paper shows that two “separations" occur in the turning pair with clearance in a period of crank angle .Finally, a simple method keeping “continuous contact" between the two elements of the turning pair with clearance is proposed.
