激光高斯光束对大角度干涉测量的影响
INFLUENCE OF GAUSS CHARACTERISTICS OF LASER ON ANGLE INTERFEROMETRY OF LARGE RANGE
【摘要】 研究了激光高斯光束对大角度干涉测量的影响。从高斯光束的干涉公式可以看出,其合振动光强的位相除与光程差有关外,还增加了一个附加的位相。在大角度干涉测量时,这一附加位相对结果的影响不能忽视。分析发现这一影响与干涉仪的布局和光学系统的参数有关。从而找出了减少这一影响的办法,为大角度精密干涉测量提供修正依据。
【Abstract】 The influence of Gauss characteristics of laser on angle interferometry of large range was studied in the paper. From the interference equation, it can be concluded that an additional phase will be brought out to that one of the combined beams is related to the optical path difference which can not be neglected in large angle interferometry. Based on the analysis of the factors which influence on the measurment, it can be found that the layout and the parameters of optical system of the interferometer are the main reasons. A few ways to decrease the influence were given, which can help to correct the result in angle interferometry of large range.
