【摘要】 全面素质教育已成为当代主导教育思想，心理素质教育是全面素质教育的重要组成部分。文章从实施大学生心理素质教育的现实背景分析出发，进而总结分析了当代大学生心理方面呈现的特点、存在的问题及产生的原因，最后对心理素质教育的内容和途径进行了探索性构想和设计，以期对当前高校实施心理素质教育有所参考。更多还原
