同轴度误差的激光扫描测量方法
LASER-SCANNED MEASUREMENT OF COAXIALITY ERRORS
【摘要】 基于激光扫描检测原理 ,利用分度回转和轴向进给执行机构 ,通过激光扫描检测系统间接测量刀口尺与被测工件轴线之间的间隙变化 ,来测量被测轴线对基准轴线的同轴度误差。本文对该系统及其测量方法进行了讨论 ,并通过实验证实了测量方法的可行性
【Abstract】 Based on the laser scanning measuring principle, changes of chinks between knife edge and the axis of the measured part are indirectly measured by the laser scanning measuring system, using the calibration rotation mechanism and the axial feed execution mechanisms. The coaxiality error of the measured axis relative to the datum axis is thus measured. The optoelectronic measuring system and its method of measurement are discussed, and the practicability of the method is verified by experiments.
