微推偏喷管设计新方法
NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN THE DESIGN OF MINI THRUST MISALIGNMENT NOZZLE
【摘要】 用计算流体力学方法数值模拟火箭喷管内三维非对称流场特性 ,在此基础上 ,可设计出特型和大扩张半角的锥型微推偏喷管 ,大大扩展了新型喷管的应用范围。试验和应用表明 ,微推偏喷管是存在的 ,新设计方法是可行的
【Abstract】 Contoured nozzle and conical nozzles having large half angles can be designed with the characteristics of isentropic, non symmetrical flow fields in nozzle simulated numerically by CFD. The applicable range of mini thrust misalignment nozzles can thus be much extended. Experimental tests and applications on rockets show that the mini thrust misalignment nozzle exists and the new method of design is feasible.
