【摘要】 姜黄醇提取物有降血脂、抗脂质过氧化的作用，经高效波相色谱（HPLC）和薄层色谱（TLC）分析，其成分主要是姜黄素、一脱甲氧基姜黄素和二脱甲氧基姜黄素,三者比例约为7：2：1，测得三批样品总含量在61．80％～66.50％之间。经TLC分析，在姜黄素与一脱甲氧基姜黄素之间及二脱甲氧基姜黄素与原点之间还分离到三个未知物。另有微量残留的挥发油及糖类。铅、汞、砷含量均在0．5PPM以下，总灰分＜1%，干燥失重＜1．5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Turmerol’s extract has the function of reducing blood-lipid and anti-lipid-peroxidation, through the analysis of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC ) and thin-layer chromatography (TLC ), the main functioning components are curcumin, demethoxyl curcumin and bismethoxyl curcumin, the ratio between them is 7: 2: 1, the total measured content of three samples is between 61. 80% and 66. 50%. By TLC, three unknown substances are separated between curcumin and demethoxyl curcumin, also between bismethoxyl curcumin and original point,there are other remnant volat1le o1l and carbohydrate.
