【摘要】 在分析安全性、可靠性关系基础上，讨论了高速铁路列车运行控制系统车载设备的安全性设计及电磁兼容性设计．

【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the relation between safety and reliability, the safety design and the EMC design problem of on board automatic train control system for high speed railway are discussed.
