【摘要】 概述了城市道路交通流计算机模拟与智能控制系统的目标和功能，进行了系统结构的划分，并分析了各功能模块所包括的内容

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the object and function of computer simulation and intelligent control for city traffic flow. The system architecture is specified and the content of each function module is analyzed.
