日本血吸虫成虫培养细胞的超微结构观察

【摘要】 报告日本血吸虫成虫培养细胞的超微结构。在透射电镜下日本血吸虫成虫培养细胞呈多角形、圆颗粒形、三角扇形和鞭毛形等多种形状 ,其中以多角形为主。细胞表面光滑 ,或有乳头状突起、微绒毛和微饮泡等。胞质内有不同数量的线粒体、内质网、核糖体和糖原颗粒等分布 ,高尔基复合体很少或无 ;其中线粒体超微结构的变化可以作为评判培养条件优劣的一个指标。核常呈圆形 ,核膜为一单位膜 ,核孔清晰 ;核内具较丰富的异染色质 ,核膜内缘常有块状异染色质分布 ;核仁圆形。不同来源的细胞具不同的内部特征 ,生殖细胞内核质比例较高 ,胞质内具许多大小不等的囊泡和不同类型的皮质颗粒 ;卵黄细胞的典型特征是胞质中存在由高电子密度颗粒组成的卵黄球、卵黄滴 ;焰细胞的胞质中具纤毛束 ;神经细胞内具丰富的圆形或椭圆形突触小泡。可识别来源的这些培养细胞中卵黄细胞的数量最多 ,神经细胞的数量最少。

【Abstract】 Ultrastructure of cultural cells from adult Schistosoma japonicum was observed. Several types of cells including polygonal, round granular, deltaic fan shaped and flagellated cells were found, of which polygonal cells were dominant. There were papillae, microvilli or microvesicles on the surface of some cells. Less or more mitochondria, endoplasmic reticula, ribosomes and glycogen granules existed in the cytoplasm. However, Very few or no Golgi complexes were found. The ultrastructural changes of mitochondria could be used to estimate whether the culture conditions were appropriate or not. Nucleus was round, with round nucleolus inside and clear pores on the nuclear membrane. There was much heterochromatin in the nucleus, some of which located just inside the nuclear membrane was lumpish heterochromatin. However, Cells from different tissues had different structural characteristics. Germ cells were characterized by relatively high nucleus/cytoplasm ratios, many vacuoles in different sizes and several types of cortical granules. There were vitelline droplets and globules composed of very high electronic density granules in vitelline cells, cilium clusters in flame cells, and many round or elliptical vacuoles in nerve cells. Among the above four kinds of cells, vetelline cells were most and nerve cells were least in number.
