【Abstract】 In this paper, the principle of fiber Bragg gratings(FBG) is briefly described.The fabrication technology of FBG is systematically given and analyzed.In addition, we will describe in detail the experiment in which we use phase mask technique to write directly the period Bragg gratings into the single mode of Ge-doped fiber by KrF excimer UV laser. Comparing with other methods, this technique offers a number of advantages.The experiment results are also given and analyzed.更多还原
