金属-陶瓷钎焊后ZrO2变色现象的研究
INVESTIGATION ON DISCOLORATION OF ZrO2 AFTERBEING BRAZED WITH METALS
【摘要】 通过浸润试验，观察经钎料作用后的ＺｒＯ２ 变色现象及其规律。探讨了变色机制。分析结果表明ＺｒＯ２ 变色是因缺氧所致，并发现钎焊接头近缝区ＺｒＯ２ 变色与接头强度的关系
【Abstract】 The phenomenon and rule of discoloration of ZrO 2 were viewed by means of wetting test in this paper.The mechanism of discoloration was studied.The result states that the lack of oxygen leads to the chang of color of ZrO 2.The dependence of the colour change of ZrO 2 nearby the interface on the joint strength was found.
