【摘要】 ①目的　探讨长期口服蒲元胃康胶囊的毒性作用。②方法　Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠３０只，随机分为对照组和蒲元胃康胶囊高、低剂量组，蒲元胃康胶囊高、低剂量组分别以６．６ 和４．０ｇ／ｋｇ 体质量蒲元胃康胶囊对大鼠灌胃，对照组则给予等体积的生理盐水。给药组大鼠用药周期１２０ｄ，观察给药期间大鼠的一般状况和体质量增长、血常规、凝血时间、部分血液生化指标及组织器官等方面的变化。③结果　３组大鼠一般状况未见明显差异；而大鼠体质量增长、血常规、凝血时间、部分血液生化指标及组织结构等也均未见明显异常（Ｆ＝ ０～２．８９，Ｐ均＞ ０．０５）。④结论蒲元胃康胶囊的毒性较低，临床长期用药较为安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To observe the long term toxicity of orally taken Pu Yuan Wei Kang.\ Methods\ Wistar rats ( n =30) were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, Pu Yuan Wei Kang 6.6g/kg group and 4.0g/kg group. Pu Yuan Wei Kang (4.0,6.6g/kg) in treating groups and the same volume of saline in control group were administered for 120d. General state and growth of weight were observed in the rats during taking the medicine. Coagulative time, routine blood test, blood biochemistry, pathological changes of tissues and organs were examined by the end of the experiment.\ Results \ General state of the rats in 3 groups did not obviously change, growth of weight, routine blood test,blood biochemistry, and structure of tissues did not show markedly pathological changes compared with that of control group ( F=0-2.89,P >0.05).\ Conclusion\ The toxity of Pu Yuan Wei Kang is lower and long term application in clinic is safe.更多还原
