人发角蛋白人工肌腱材料的组织相容性
THE PRELIMINARY STUDY ON BIOCOMPATIBILITY OF HUMAN HAIR KERATIN ARTIFICIAL TENDON
【摘要】 ①目的 探讨人发角蛋白人工肌腱材料的组织相容性及其生物特性。②方法 行鼠脊柱两侧埋植试验,对不同埋植物引起的局部反应进行比较。对68例接受了人发角蛋白人工肌腱材料移植的病人进行观察、随访,了解其切口愈合及肢体功能恢复情况。对23 例行人发角蛋白人工肌腱移植病人进行术前及术后的免疫学指标检测并进行比较。③结果 埋植试验显示,人发角蛋白人工肌腱材料对机体组织的刺激性小于正常人发(t= 3.803~7.605,P< 0.05)。68 例病人中62 例切口一期愈合,随访发现仅有2 例术后功能无明显改善,有效率为97.1% .23例病人手术前后的免疫学指标无明显变化(t= 0.01~1.33,P> 0.05),与对照组比较差异也无显著性(t= 0.02~2.01,P> 0.05)。④结论 人发角蛋白人工肌腱材料对机体的刺激性小,具有良好的组织相容性。
【Abstract】 Objective\ To analyse the biocompatibility of human hair keratin artificial tendon.\ Methods\ 18 Wistar rats were implanted with human hair keratin artificial tendon and normal human hair respectively, the local histological reaction was observed in different time. 68 patients received human hair keratin artificial tendon transplantation, and was followed up. The change of immunological paramaers in 23 patients and 25 control were detected preoperatively and postoperatively.\ Results\ The local histological reaction induced by artificial tendon was lower than that by normal human hair( t=3.803-7.605,P <0.05), 66 patients’ function had significantly improved postoperatively, and 62 patients’ incisions were healed excellently. The effective rate was 97.1%. The immunological paramaters of 23 patients who received human hair kertin artificial tendons transplantation showed no significant change before and after transplantation ( t=0.01-1.33,P >0.05), and the change between patients and control was not significant ( t=0.02-2.01,P >0.05).\ Conclusion\ The artificial tendon has no significant antigenity to human body and it is biocompatible and suitable as graft material.\;
