【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的适应证及并发症的预防。方法：对１９９５～１９９８年１月我院收治的１３４例腹腔镜胆囊切除术（ＬＣ）进行临床分析。结果：本组病例平均手术用时１ｈ，中转开腹率２．２％，并发症为０．７％。结论：合理选择病例、积极预防并发症是成功施行ＬＣ的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the indications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) and the prevention of complications.Methods:To analyse the data of LC in 134 cases in our hospital from 1995 to January 1998.Results:The mean operation time is one hour.Three cases were converted to open surgery(2.2%).One case had postoperative complications(0.7%).Conclusions:Suitable choice of the cases and the minute prevention of complications are most important factors for a successful operation.更多还原
