【摘要】 为研究毛毕吸虫成虫的分离方法，应用离体肝脏灌注法和肠系膜静脉解剖法对毛毕吸虫成虫进行了分离效果的比较研究。结果表明离体肝脏灌注法的分离效果明显优于肠系膜静脉解剖法（Ｐ＜０．０１）。该方法对于进一步研究毛毕属吸虫的生活史及其成虫的形态特征有其实用价值。更多还原
