【摘要】 设置不同的培养环境，研究３种昆虫病原真菌的培养特性。结果表明，在ＰＤＡ 和ＳＤＡＹ 培养基上， ３种真菌都能生长， 以白僵菌生长最快， 环链拟青霉次之， 莱氏野村菌生长较差； ＰＤＡ 比ＳＤＡＹ 更适合于莱氏野村菌的生长和增殖。环链拟青霉更喜欢２０℃的温度， 其他两种真菌则适宜在２５℃下培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the biological characteristics and cultivation conditions of three entomopathogenic fungal species were studied.The results showed that,all three fungal species could grow in PDA and SDAY,although Beauveria bassiana’s growth was the fastest,Paecilomyces cateniannueatus’ the second and Nomuraea rileyi’s the third.PDA was more suitable for N.rileyi growing and propagating than SDAY.20℃ was a more suitable temperature for P.cateniannueatus while 25℃ was a more suitable temperature for the other two species.更多还原
