【摘要】 目的 :回顾性分析前列腺癌应用192 铱组织间插植合并外照射 ,直肠内敷贴合并外照两种近距离放疗和激素合并免疫治疗法疗效。方法 :4 1例前列腺癌患者分三组 :(甲组 ) :11例采用192 铱组织间插植合并外照射 ;(乙组 ) :18例采用192 铱直肠内敷贴合并外照射 ;(丙组 ) :12例采用雌激素加免疫治疗。结果 :4年的生存率 :甲组 :81 82 % ( 9/11) ;乙组 :66 67% ( 12 /18) ;丙组 :5 0 0 0 % ( 6/12 ) ;合计 :65 85 % ( 2 7/4 1)。结论 :早期的前列腺癌可用192 铱组织间插植近距离放疗合并外照射 ,较晚期的前列腺癌用192 铱直肠内敷贴近距离放疗合并外照射 ,而晚期的前列腺癌则用雌激素加免疫治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Retrospectively, to analyse the treatment effects of prostatic carcinoma patients treated by various therapies. Method: 41patients were divided in 3 groups:(A) interstitial brachytherapy combined with external radiotherapy 11 patients;(B)via rectum intracavitary mould brachytherapy combined with external radiotherapy 18 patients, and(C)hormone therapy combined with immunotherapy 12 patients. Results: The 4 years survival rate in Group A is 81 82%(9/11), Group B is 66 67%(12/18), Group C is 50 00%(6/12), in total is 65 85%(27/41). Conclusion: Patients of early stage prostatic carcinoma can be treated by combination of 192 Ir interstitial brachytherapy and external radiotherapy. Patients of moderately advanced prostatic carcinoma can be treated by rectal intracavitary 192 Ir mould brachytherapy. Advanced cases can be treated by hormone therapy combined with immunotherapy.更多还原
