【摘要】 目的 :探讨鼻咽癌放疗后单纯颈淋巴结残留时间对生存率的影响。方法 :把在我院放疗后单纯颈淋巴结残留的 5 1例鼻咽癌病人分为两组 ,残留病灶在放疗后 3个月内消退者为残留 1组 ,残留病灶超过 3个月未消退者为残留 2组 ,用Kaplan -Meier和Log -Rank计算和比较两组的生存率。结果 :残留 1组的 1、3、5年生存率分别为 10 0 %、77 6%、60 7% ;残留 2组分别为 88 9%、2 7 8%、2 2 2 % ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。残留 2组的主要死因是颈部失控 ( 5 7 1% )。结论 :放疗后单纯颈淋巴结残留时间超过 3个月的鼻咽癌病人生存率较低 ,主要死因是颈部失控更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of neck lymph nodes residues duration after radiotherapy on survival rate for NPC. Methods:51 NPC patients with the residues of neck lymph nodes after radiotherapy in our hospital in 1990 were divided into two groups:duration of residue < 3 months(group one)and duration of residur >3 months (group two).The survival rates were compared and analyzed by Kaplan Meier and Log Rank test in both groups. Results:The patients characteristics,including age,sex,clinical staging and radiation dose were similar in both groups.1,3,5 year survival rates were 100%,77 6%,60 7%respectively in group one and 88 9%,27 8%,22 2%respectively in group two,with significant difference in both groups( P < 0 01). Conclusions:The NPC patients with duration of neck lymph nodes residues > 3 months have a poor survival.Uncontrollable regional lymphnode was a main cause for death in group two.更多还原
