鼻咽癌组织p53蛋白积聚与血清EB病毒抗体ⅠgA/VCA的关系

【摘要】 目的 :研究鼻咽癌活检组织中p5 3积聚与患者血清EB病毒抗体ⅠgA/VCA滴度水平的相关关系。材料和方法 :用免疫组化方法检测取自 3 6例鼻咽癌组织中p5 3表达和细胞增生情况 ;用免疫酶标法检测患者血清ⅠgA/VCA滴度。结果 :鼻咽癌活检组织中p5 3蛋白表达与患者血清ⅠgA/VCA几何平均滴度 (geometricmeantitre ,GMT)和细胞增生核抗原 (PCNA)表达程度正相关。 10例p5 3高积聚 ( )患者的ⅠgA/VCAGMT( 5 19 88± 2 5 3 )明显高于 12例无p5 3积聚患者 ( 2 2 6± 2 84 )。PCNA表达强度与ⅠgA/VCAGMT亦呈正相关。结论 :p5 3积聚强度与PC NA呈正相关提示鼻咽癌组织中积聚的p5 3已丧失阻止细胞从G1期进入S期的生理功能。而p5 3积聚强度与患者血清ⅠgA/VCAGMT升高呈正相关提示 ,鼻咽癌细胞中EB病毒随癌细胞增生加速而增多可能是患者ⅠgA/VCA滴度升高的原因

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between p53 accumulation of NPC tissues and patients serum ⅠgA/VCA titre. Material and Methods:Using immunohistochemistry to detect the p53 accumulation and ccll prolifcration muclcar antigen and immunocnzymatic mcthod to assay the serum ⅠgA/VCA titre in 36 NPCs. Results:The p53 accumulation was positively correlated with both patientsserum ⅠgA/VCA titre and NPC cell proliferation nuclear antigen expression. The geometric mean titre(GMT)of ⅠgA/VCA in 10 NPCs with marked p53 accumulation()(519 88±2 53)was significantly highcr than that in 12 NPCs without accumulation(-~+)(226 26±2 84). Conclusions:The correlation between p53 accumulation and PCNA expression in NPC tissues indicates that accumulated p53 in NPC cells has lost its physiological function to check the cells from G1-to S-phase,and the phenomenon of p53 accumulation correlated to the serum ⅠgA/VCA GMT in NPC paticnts implies that EB virus in NPC cell replication following the increased carcinomous cell proliferation might be the reason of elevatlion of serum ⅠgA/VCA GMT in NPC patients.
