【Abstract】 The clinical features and refractory cause of 312 cases of senile pulmonary tuberculosis were analyzed in order to understand senile pulmonary tuberculosis more clearly and improve its diagnosis and treatment level. The results in dicated that senile pulmonary tuberculosis had features of longer course, more complications, lower cure rate and more drug-fast bacteria. Senile pulmonary tuberculosis is one of refractory pulmonary diseases. It has become main infection source in the society. The prevention and treatment of the disease should be stressed in order to control it earlier.更多还原
