【摘要】 １９８４ —１９９８ 年间省肺科医院住院肺结核病人中死亡２６１ 例，病死率２ ．３１ ％ ，死亡趋于老年化；死因以慢性心肺功能不全为第一位；有５７ ．５ ％ 死前痰检阳性，对人群造成一定威胁；提出必须对肺结核患者早期发现，正规化疗，以降低死亡率更多还原

【Abstract】 There were 261 deaths among inpatients in Anhui Lung Hospital in the prerod from 1984toi 1998 and the death rate of inpatients was 2.31%. Death tended to the aged; chronic cardro-pulmonary failre ranked first in all death causes; the patients excreted bacterium for a long time and threatened the health of groups. This paper suggests that the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis should be found in the initial phase and treated with standardized chemotherapy regiments, so as to cut down death rate.更多还原
