初生扬子鳄嗅球、嗅束的组织学结构研究
A HISTOLOGIC STUDY OF OLFACTORIUS BULBUS AND OLFACTORIUS TRACTUS IN NEW-HATCHING ALLIGATOR SINENSIS
【摘要】 本文采用尼氏、H.E.及Hagquist等染色方法对扬子鳄的嗅球、嗅束的显微结构进行了研究.横切面上,嗅球可分为清晰的8 层,从外到内,分别是神经纤维层、小球层、外颗粒层、外网状层、僧帽细胞层、内网状层、内颗粒层和室管膜层.嗅束的横切面上可见梨状皮质,海马及嗅前核等结构.本文对鳄嗅与其他脊椎动物的嗅球进行了比较.
【Abstract】 The olfactorius bulbus and olfactorius tractus were studied by Nissl,H.E. and Haggquist stain in A. Sinensis. In transverse section, the olfactorius bulbus can be divided into distinct eight layers from outer to inner:fiber layer, glomerular layer, outer granular layer, outer plexiform layer, mitral cell layer, inner plexiform layer, inner granular layer and ependymal layer. In transverse section of olfactorius tractus ,pyriform lobe, hippocampus and nucleus olfactorius anterior can be found. The organization character of the olfactorius bulbus and tractus were discussed and were compared with other vertebrate animals.
