中华大蟾蜍脾脏的显微和超微结构研究

【摘要】 应用光镜和透射电镜对中华大蟾蜍脾脏的显微与超微结构和某些组织化学特性进行了研究.结果显示其脾脏的实质已出现白髓和红髓的分化,但两者界限不甚清楚.白髓的网状细胞支架较疏松,网眼中分布着密集的淋巴细胞等.红髓由脾索和脾窦组成,脾索形状不规则,其网状细胞支架内的淋巴细胞较稀疏.实质内的细胞成分除淋巴细胞和网状细胞外,还有数量不等的巨嗜细胞、颗粒细胞和浆细胞等.此外,实质内还存在许多散在的或聚集成团的巨嗜-色素细胞.可见中华大蟾蜍脾脏组织结构的分化程度在无尾两栖类中处于中等水平,是其重要的免疫器官和主要的造血器官.

【Abstract】 Microstructure, ultrastructure and histochemistry of the spleen of Bufo gargarizans were investigated by light and transmission electron microscope. The results show the spleen is composed of outer connective tissue capsule and inner parenchyma in which obvious trabeculae are not found. The parenchyma of the spleen of Bufo gargarizans has differentiated into the white pulp and the red pulp, but demarcation between them is not conspicuous. The network of reticular cells in white pulp is rather loose, while lymphocytes are densely concentrated in its mesh. Blood vessels with cubic endothelial cells are more than those with flat ones in most of the white pulp, but in a few of the white pulp, blood vessels cannot be spotted. Red pulp consists of splenic cords and sinuses. The former is irregular in shape, in which lymphocytes are looser than those in white pulp. The later in which have many red blood cells is constituted by one layer flat cells. Besides reticular cells and lymphocytes, plasma cells and granulocytes are seen in parenchyma. In addition, many macrophage pigmentary cells is scattered or assembled into lump in parenchyma. The differentiation of the spleen of Bufo gargarizans is to a medial degree in Anuran amphibians. The spleen perform immunologic as well as blood creative functions.
