【Abstract】 Human being’s peace - pursuit campaign, beginning in Europe in the 16th century, had ever developed and snowballed into a worldwide one by the early 20th century. The 20th century peace campaign has been surging forward on a large scale. Though it suffered serious setbacks during the two world wars and left the world profound lessons, it finally struggled out the deep valley in the 1970’s and has been advancing towards its goal of world peace. Today there still exist power politics and regional disturbances, but they can never alter the irreversible course of the world’s peace and development.更多还原
