IGBT的可靠性与死区补偿
Research on IGBT Reliability and Dead Zone Compensation
【摘要】 综合考虑了IGBT的调制频率、驱动与保护、缓冲电路以及固有擎住效应诸因素,提高了IGBT逆变器的整机可靠性,减少因开关滞时造成的逆变器输出电压畸变,最后介绍了一种简单、实用的死区补偿方法。
【Abstract】 Modulating frequency drive and protection of IGBT、buffer circuit and latch-up effect have all been taken into consideration so that the higher reliability of inverter using IGBTs can be obtained. At last, a simple method for dead-zone compesation is introduced to decrease the wave distortion of output valtage of inverter, caused by on-off delay of IGBT.
