【Abstract】 The fertilized eggs of Colossoma brachypomum were treated by different hydrostatic pressures to induce triploidy.The result showed that the treatment of 60mPa hydrostatic pressure for 1. 5 minutes at the moment of 4 minutes after fertilizing can induce 100% triploidy at tail bud stage, with the hatchability over 60%.更多还原
