【摘要】 论述了有色金属工业面临的形势,分析了发展材料深加工的优势和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和措施.

【Abstract】 The facing situations of the nonferrous metals were discusesed and analysed the superiorties and prolemes in developping further processing of materials and put forward the appropriate proposals and measures in this paper.
