【摘要】 新型科学技术的不断更新推动了新兴经济活动的诞生,"三新经济"正是新产业、新业态、新商业模式生产活动的集合,不仅成为当下我国产业升级与转型背景下经济推动的主要引擎,也因其在雇佣方式上的创新,不断吸引相关从业人员的加入。基于上述背景以及相关理论,论证"三新经济"活动发展的必然性,并研判其对新就业形态所产生的影响将不仅限于积极趋势,也将带来一定挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 The updating of new science and technology has promoted the birth of activities from emerging economic.The "three new economies",therefore,are the collection of production activities of new industries,new formats,and new business models.It is not only the main engine for economic promotion under the background of industrial upgrading and transformation in China,but also attracts relevant employees to join due to the innovation in their ways of employment.Based on the above background and relevant theories,this paper argues for the inevitability of the development of the "Three New Economy" activities and predicts that their impact on new forms of employment will not only be limited to positive trends,but also bring certain challenges.更多还原
