DSCCR无头轧制产线薄规格带钢轧制稳定性提升研究

【摘要】 唐山东华钢铁DSCCR产线为国内首条自主集成研发的无头轧制产线,具备"以热代冷"生产0.8~1.9mm薄规格热轧带钢的能力,具有产品厚度薄、强度高等特点。然而,实际生产过程中轧制稳定性不足,具体体现在精轧出口带钢中心线波动频率高,幅度较大,易诱发带钢跑偏轧烂,严重制约了薄规格产品的批量稳定轧制。基于此,通过提高精轧入口中间坯温度、优化连铸拉速、调整精轧前起套辊张力以及降低精轧F1机组轧机负荷等控制手段,有效降低了精轧出口带钢中心线跑偏量,中心线跑偏量±15mm以内控制精度达98.33%,成功实现无头轧制薄规格带钢批量稳定生产,显著提升了薄规格板带成材率和产品质量。

【Abstract】 The DSCCR(Donghua Steel Continuous Casting & Rolling) line at Tangshan Donghua Iron & Steel is China’s first independently integrated and developed endless rolling facility. It is capable of producing 0.8–1.9 mm ultra-thin hot-rolled strip by "hot-for-cold" substitution, featuring extreme thinness and high strength. In practice, however, rolling stability is insufficient; frequent and large-amplitude center-line deviations at the finishing mill exit frequently trigger strip off-tracking and cobbles, severely restricting the stable mass production of thin gauges. To solve this problem, the entry temperature of the transfer bar was raised, casting speed was optimized, looper tension in front of the finishing stands was adjusted, and the rolling load on stand F1 was reduced. These measures cut the center-line deviation at the finishing mill exit to within ±15 mm with a control accuracy of 98.33 %. As a result, endless rolling of ultra-thin strip has been realized in stable, large-scale production, markedly improving yield and product quality.
