热轧高强钢板带卷后空冷板形演化规律研究

【摘要】 为探究热轧高强钢板带空冷后的板形演化规律,本文以DP780高强钢为研究对象,建立了卷后空冷过程的热力耦合有限元模型。该模型将复杂的钢卷整体空冷过程简化为钢板的空冷过程,并通过实测温度数据验证了模型的准确性,最大偏差不超过9℃。仿真结果表明:当板带边缘温度低于中部温度时,冷却后板带边缘会承受纵向残余压应力,从而更容易出现双边浪形;保持中部换热系数不变,通过降低边缘换热系数可以有效降低冷却后边缘的压应力,有利于消除双边浪;对整体换热系数的分析显示,单纯增加整体换热系数对缓解双边浪趋势的效果不显著。
【Abstract】 To investigate the shape evolution of hot-rolled high-strength steel strips after air cooling, this paper established a thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model for the post-coiling air cooling process, focusing on DP780 high-strength steel. The complex overall air cooling process of the steel coil was simplified to the air cooling process of a single steel sheet. The model’s accuracy was verified using measured temperature data, with a maximum deviation not exceeding 9°C.Simulation results indicate that when the edge temperature of the strip is lower than the center temperature, the strip edge will bear longitudinal residual compressive stress after cooling, making it more prone to double-edge waves. By keeping the central heat transfer coefficient constant and reducing the edge heat transfer coefficient, the compressive stress at the edge after cooling can be effectively reduced, which is beneficial for eliminating double-edge waves. Analysis of the overall heat transfer coefficient shows that simply increasing the overall heat transfer coefficient does not significantly alleviate the double-edge wave trend.
