低合金钢热轧卷边部纵向裂纹的形成机理及控制措施

【摘要】 鞍钢2150ASP生产线在生产低合金钢种时在热轧卷边部经常出现纵向短碎裂纹缺陷,本文通过对缺陷显微形貌检验,对该钢种高温力学性能和粗轧轧制工艺进行测量与分析,认为此缺陷是在粗轧过程中产生。在粗轧过程中轧件侧面温度进入该钢种的脆性区间,受金属流动变形影响,轧件侧面受张应力,导致轧件侧面开裂和翻平到轧件上表面,形成热卷边部纵向裂纹缺陷。通过调整轧件表面温度和粗轧各道次压下量分配,提高轧件侧面塑性和降低轧件侧面受力情况,可明显改善低合金钢热轧卷的边部质量,降低热轧卷边部纵向碎裂纹出现的概率。

【Abstract】 In the production line of Anshan Steel 2150ASP, short longitudinal crack is often found on the edge of hot rolled low alloy steel. Through the inspection of the micromorphology of this defect, the high temperature mechanical properties and rough rolling process of the steel were measured and analyzed, the defect is found that produced during rough rolling.In the process of rough rolling, the temperature of the rolled billet side enters the brittle range of the steel grade, and the tensile stress of the rolled billet side is increased with the metal flow deformation, resulting in the cracking and flattening of the billet side to the top surface, forming the longitudinal crack defect of the hot rolled edge. By adjusting the surface temperature of the rolled billet and the pressure distribution of each rough rolling pass, improving the side plasticity of the billet and reducing the rolling force on the side of the billet, the quality of the edge of the hot rolled coil of low alloy steel can be obviously improved, and the probability of longitudinal crack can be reduced.
