改善高碳钢RH精炼过程插入管粘渣的精炼渣性能研究

【摘要】 针对高碳钢RH精炼过程中出现的插入管粘渣问题,设计了4因素4水平的正交实验,通过测定精炼渣的熔化温度、黏度以及表面张力等,分析熔渣黏度与温度关系并得到精炼渣粘流活化能,研究了碱度(R)、渣指数(Mi)、MgO、CaF2及Na2O成分变化对精炼渣高温物性的影响,并评价吸收夹杂的能力。结果表明,R提高和适当增加Na2O含量,精炼渣黏度降低,黏流活化能减小,转折温度升高;MgO、CaF2含量升高,精炼渣黏度降低,黏流活化能减小,转折温度降低;黏流活化能变化规律与黏度一致。基于多目标评价,得到降低插入管粘渣的精炼渣优化方案,并在工业试验中使用,插入管因粘渣下线的使用寿命较之前提高了25%。
【Abstract】 To address the problem of slag sticking to the insertion tube during RH refining of high-carbon steel,a 4-factor and 4-level orthogonal experiment was designed.By measuring the melting temperature,viscosity and surface tension of the refining slag,the relationship between the slag viscosity and temperature was analyzed,and the activation energy for viscous flow of the refining slag was obtained.The effects of changes in the composition of basicity(R),slag index(Mi),Mg \O,CaF2 and Na2O on the high-temperature properties of the refining slag were studied,and the ability to absorb inclusions was evaluated.The results show that an increase in R and an appropriate increase in Na2O content reduce the viscosity of the refining slag,decrease the activation energy for viscous flow,and increase the transition temperature;an increase in MgO and CaF2 content reduces the viscosity of the refining slag,decreases the activation energy for viscous flow,and lowers the transition temperature;the variation pattern of the activation energy for viscous flow is consistent with that of the viscosity.Based on multi-objective evaluation,an optimized refining slag scheme for reducing slag sticking to the insertion tube was obtained and used in industrial trials.The service life of the insertion tube offline due to slag sticking was increased by 25% compared with before.
