焦炉加热设备机器人智能巡检的工艺要求与应用实践

【摘要】 本文围绕应用焦炉加热设备智能巡检技术提升鞍钢炼焦生产本质安全应用实践,阐述了炉加热设备机器人智能巡检的基本场景、原理与功能要求。结合实际使用条件,对焦炉加热设备机器人智能巡检的选择与比较分析。介绍了机器人智能巡检系统应用效果,机器人行程采集数据与实际行程数据偏差小于等于10mm面,丢交换故障实现100%捕捉并及时报警,对监测废气砣、煤气砣卡坨、焦炉煤气交换旋塞异常、交换后下喷管爆鸣等现象综合有效率95%以上,对监测一氧化碳和氧气含量故障实现100%捕捉并及时报警,为行业企业提供了应用参考。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the application practice of improving the intrinsic safety of coking production in Angang by applying intelligent inspection technology for coke oven heating equipment, and expounds the basic scenarios, principles and functional requirements of robotic intelligent inspection for oven heating equipment. Combined with actual operating conditions, it conducts a selection and comparative analysis of robotic intelligent inspection for coke oven heating equipment. It also introduces the application effects of the robotic intelligent inspection system: the deviation between the data collected by the robot’s travel and the actual travel data is 10mm or less; exchange loss faults are 100% captured with timely alarms; the comprehensive efficiency in monitoring phenomena such as stuck exhaust weights, stuck gas weights,abnormal coke oven gas exchange cocks, and after-exchange downcomer detonations is over 95%; and faults in monitoring carbon monoxide and oxygen content are 100% captured with timely alarms. This provides an application reference for enterprises in the industry.
