【摘要】 文中介绍了一种由基片集成同轴线(SICL)缝隙耦合馈电的宽带圆极化磁电偶极子天线。该天线的辐射结构由一对弯曲的短截线旋转对称构成,辐射短截线印刷在介质基板上并与接地金属化过孔相连组成电偶极子,贴片边缘的电场可等效为磁流来组成磁偶极子。为实现圆极化,通过调整短截线长度使正交方向的电流产生90°相位差。天线采用SICL馈电,具有小尺寸和高前后比特性;通过在SICL腔缝隙中加载功分器及馈线,结合类同轴结构实现垂直互联,最终构建了4×4天线阵列。天线阵列仿真结果表明:阻抗带宽为30.95%(25.26GHz～34.51GHz),轴比带宽为26.85%(25.8GHz～33.8GHz),实现的峰值增益为16.84dBi。该天线结构简单,易于制造\5G毫米波通信和卫星通信系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a wideband circularly polarized magnetoelectric dipole antenna fed by substrate integrated coaxial line(SICL) slot coupling.The radiation structure of this antenna is composed of a pair of bent stubs that rotate symmetrically.The radiation stub are printed on the dielectric substrate and connected to the ground metallized via to form an electric dipole.The electric field at the edge of the patch can be equivalent to a magnetic current to form a magnetic dipole.Circular polarization is achieved by adjusting the length of the stub to make the current have a 90° phase difference in the orthogonal direction.The antenna is fed by SICL,featuring small size and high front-to-back ratio.Power dividers and feeders are loaded in the gaps between SICL cavities,and vertical interconnection is achieved through a Coaxial-like structure,thus a 4×4 antenna array is designed.The simulation results of the antenna array show that the impedance bandwidth is 30.95%(25.26 GHz ～34.51GHz),the axial ratio bandwidth is 26.85%(25.8 GHz ～33.8GHz),and the achieved peak gain is 16.84dBi.This antenna has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture.It is suitable for 5G millimeter-wave communication and satellite communication systems.更多还原
