【摘要】 目的:探究多模态超声在肠结核(Intestinal Tuberculosis)患者中的应用价值。方法:拟定研究计划,收集相关数据,选取2022年3月到2025年2月间广州市胸科医院接诊肠结核患者64例参与分析,本次研究中,64例受检人均采用CT诊断以及多模态超声诊断,并分析不同诊断模式下肠结核检出情况。结果:多模态超声诊断肠结核准确率100.00%,比较CT诊断准确率81.25%更高,X~2=13.2414,P=0.0002,组间有统计学意义。多模态超声诊断肠壁厚度比较CT诊断,P<0.05。结论:肠结核患者采用多模态超声诊断应用价值显著,能提高疾病检出情况,避免临床发生漏诊、误诊率,该技术操作便捷简单,能为后续治疗提供依据,值得临床使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Exploring the Application Value of Multimodal Ultrasound in Patients with Intestinal Tuberculosis.Methods:A research plan was formulated to collect relevant data.Sixty-four patients with intestinal tuberculosis treated at Guangzhou Chest Hospital between March 2022 and February 2025 were enrolled for analysis.In this study,all 64 participants underwent both CT diagnosis and multimodal ultrasound diagnosis,with subsequent analysis of intestinal tuberculosis detection rates under different diagnostic modalities.Results:Multimodal ultrasound demonstrated significantly higher diagnostic accuracy for intestinal tuberculosis compared to CT(100.00% vs.81.25%;χ~2=13.2414,P=0.0002),indicating statistically significant intergroup differences.Additionally,multimodal ultrasound showed superior performance in detecting intestinal wall thickness(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal ultrasound demonstrates substantial clinical merits in diagnosing intestinal tuberculosis,significantly enhancing disease detection capability and reducing rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnoses.This accessible technique offers valuable reference data for subsequent therapeutic planning,warranting broader clinical implementation.更多还原
