肉桂多酚提取物抑制肝脏游离脂肪酸合成缓解非酒精性肝脂肪变性的分子机制

【摘要】 随着脂代谢相关疾病发生率持续上升,对人类健康构成严重威胁。既往研究表明肉桂(特别是其多酚类成分)可能具有改善脂代谢的益处。然而,肉桂品种繁多,不同栽培品种的肉桂其生物活性物质含量存在差异。目前关于中国肉桂多酚(CFPE)调控肝脂肪变性作用的研究尚不充分。本研究对高脂血症模型小鼠分别给予每公斤体重1.6 g和3.2 g CFPE干重剂量干预,持续6周。结果表明:当CFPE剂量达到每公斤体重3.2 g和1.6 g时,可分别显著降低肝脏甘油三酯(TG)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平。进一步机制探究发现,CFPE可通过调控肝脏FFA生物合成的信号转导通路,从而发挥降低肝脏脂质水平的作用。因此,CFPE有望成为调节非酒精性肝脂肪变性的功能性食品潜在活性成分。

【Abstract】 In recent years,there has been a rising occurrence of disorders related to lipid metabolism,presenting a significant risk to individuals’ health.Previous studies have suggested that cinnamon,specifically its polyphenols,may have beneficial effects on improving lipid metabolism.However,different cultivars of cinnamon have varying contents of bioactive substances.Few research focused on the regulation of hepatic steatosis effects of Cinnamomum cassia(a kind of cinnamon) polyphenols.In this study,different dosages of 1.6 g and 3.2 g per kg CFPE dry weight of body weight were administered to hyperlipemia mice for 6 weeks.The results demonstrated that CFPE effectively reduced the levels of hepatic triglyceride(TG) and free fatty acid(FFA) when the doses reached 3.2 g and 1.6 g per kg of CFPE dry weight,respectively.Furthermore,it was observed that CFPE regulates the signal transduction of hepatic FFA biosynthesis,contributing to its ability to lower hepatic lipid levels.Therefore,CFPE shows promise as a potential ingredient in functional foods aimed at regulating nonalcoholic hepatic steatosis.
