【摘要】 患者男,23岁。左耳廓肿胀伴暗红色浸润性斑块,轻微压痛,左侧耳廓部肿胀结节1年,反复发作,曾外用多种药物治疗,效果不明显。综合病史、临床表现和组织病理,诊断符合:耳软骨炎。患者接受托法替布治疗后,症状明显改善,左耳廓肿胀明显减轻,红色浸润性斑块变淡,无压痛。目前随访5个月,未见耳软骨炎复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 The patient is a 23-year-old male with swelling of the left ear auricle,accompanied by dark red infiltrative plaques and mild tenderness.The swelling and nodular lesion in the left ear auricle have been present for one year,with recurrent episodes.The patient has previously used various topical treatments,but with no significant improvement.Based on the comprehensive medical history,clinical presentation,and histopathological findings,a diagnosis of auricular chondritis was made.After receiving treatment with tofacitinib,the patient’s symptoms improved significantly,with a marked reduction in swelling of the left ear auricle,fading of the red infiltrative plaques,and absence of tenderness.The patient has been followed up for 5 months,and no recurrence of auricular chondritis has been observed.更多还原
