【Abstract】 This paper discusses the basic abilities and qualities of university librarians from five aspects: professional knowledge and core technical ability, service core literacy, information technology and digital literacy, organizational management and educational promotion ability, and continuous learning and innovation awareness, providing theoretical guidance for improving the service quality of librarians at different levels and comprehensively enhancing the comprehensive management level of university libraries.更多还原
