【摘要】 为了调查和了解湖北省蚊类种类分布情况,2024年6—9月,笔者对湖北省各地区疾控中心常规监测中采集的蚊类标本进行分类鉴定复核。使用COI通用引物PCR扩增部分基因序列,对采集的蚊虫进行分子鉴定,同时结合Genbank数据库中相关数据分析它们的遗传距离和系统进化关系。在武汉新洲地区、孝感孝南地区和荆门钟祥地区分别采获3批轲蚊属(Coquillettidia)标本,经鉴定均为粗腿轲蚊Coquillettidia crassipes;在黄冈黄州地区采获1批轲蚊标本,经鉴定为黄色轲蚊Coquillettidia ochracea。这2种轲蚊均为湖北省蚊种新记录。2种轲蚊COI基因序列与NCBI中已公布粗腿轲蚊和黄色轲蚊的同源性分别高达98.2%～100.0%和99.1%～100.0%,因此确认为粗腿轲蚊和黄色轲蚊。本文将2种轲蚊的主要形态特征、分布区、滋生环境等内容分别进行了简述和报道。湖北省首次报道此2种轲蚊,扩大了2种轲蚊在我国的分布范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the distribution of mosquito species in Hubei Province.We examined and verified the mosquito specimens collected in routine surveillance in Hubei Provionce during June to Spetember in 2024.We conducted molecular identifications base on Plymerase chain reaction,and the anlyzed the genetic distance and phylogenetic relationship in combination with ralevant data from the Genbank.Three batches of mosquito specimens,collecting from Xinzhou of Wuhan City,Xiaonan of Xiaogan City,and Zhongxiang of Jingmen City,were identified as Coquilletidia crassipes;A batch of mosquito specimens,collecting from Huangzhou of Huanggang City,was identified as Coquilletidia ochracea.Both of the two mosquito species were firstly reportde in Hubei Province.The similarity between the COI gene sequences of two species of mosquitoes and the previously published C.crassipes and C.ochracea in NCBI is as high as 98.2%～100.0%,99.1%～100.0%,respectively.Therefore,they have been confirmed as C.crassipes and C.ochracea.This article briefly described the main morphological characteristics,distributions,and breeding habits of the two mosquito species in Hubei Province.There are 2 species of Coquillettidia were firstly found in Hubei Province,which expands the distribution range of the 2 species of Coquillettidia in China.更多还原
