【摘要】 目的评析脑出血置管吸引手术患者实施综合护理干预的价值。方法选取60例脑出血置管吸引手术治疗患者为观察对象,以2023年12月-2024年12月为具体时间。抽签法将患者分为两组,各组30例。参照组、试验组分别通过常规护理、综合护理方案进行干预。评定各组并发症发生率、肢体功能、神经功能、生活质量相关结果。结果护理后,试验组并发症发生率、神经功能评分低于参照组,生活质量、肢体功能评分高于参照组,P<0.05。结论:脑出血置管吸引手术护理中应用综合护理干预,可降低并发症发生风险,改善患者神经功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage catheterization and aspiration surgery.Method:Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage who underwent catheter aspiration surgery were selected as the observation subjects,with a specific period from December 2023 to December 2024.The patients were divided into two groups using the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group and experimental group were intervened through routine nursing and comprehensive nursing programs,respectively.Assess the incidence of complications,limb function,neurological function,and quality of life related outcomes in each group.Result:After nursing,the incidence of complications and neurological function scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,while the quality of life and limb function scores were higher than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing care of catheter aspiration surgery for cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the risk of complications and improve the neurological function of patients.更多还原
