【摘要】 本研究围绕"AI for Community"平台在社区治理与研究生实践教学中的应用展开,探索人工智能赋能的数智化社区治理模式。通过多方法融合路径,研究发现该平台有效打通社区居民需求数据、学生实习服务内容、教学反馈机制与社区治理系统之间的壁垒,构建起数智化闭环机制。平台在老龄服务、安全应急等场景中成功嵌入,验证了人工智能在微观治理场域中的适应性与推动力。研究生实践课程实现从"经验学习"到"任务驱动"的跃升,促进学生的多学科知识整合与社会创新能力提升。同时,形成了"高校—政府—社区"三方协同的基层治理新格局。未来研究将优化平台功能,拓展合作机制,推动平台可持续发展与广域推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study examines the application of the "AI for Community" platform in community governance and postgraduate practice-based education,aiming to explore a digitally intelligent model of AI-empowered community governance.Through a multi-method integrated approach,the research finds that the platform effectively bridges the gaps between community residents’ needs,student service tasks,pedagogical feedback,and local governance systems,thereby establishing a closed-loop digital governance mechanism.The platform has been successfully embedded in scenarios such as eldercare services and emergency response,demonstrating the adaptability and driving force of artificial intelligence in micro-level governance.The postgraduate curriculum has evolved from experiential learning to task-oriented engagement,facilitating interdisciplinary knowledge integration and enhancing students’ capacities for social innovation.Furthermore,the study identifies a new model of grassroots governance characterized by trilateral collaboration among universities,government,and communities.Future research will focus on optimizing platform functionalities,expanding partnership mechanisms,and advancing the platform’s sustainable development and broader dissemination.更多还原
