【摘要】 随着新兴技术的蓬勃发展,无人化、智能化、集群化正成为未来作战重要的发展方向。在集群平台低成本、小型化的限定约束下,聚焦星间/弹间通信射频信号处理系统模块化、集成化、低成本的关键问题,采用新兴的柔性电子技术,充分利用弹内狭小空间,研制出一体化共形柔性射频信号处理模组,具备射频信号收发、数模转换、数字处理功能,实现了组件级电路结构功能一体化,大幅提高弹载平台异形空间利用率,满足某弹的超小弹径(直径35 mm,长40 mm)结构限制,并通过整机系统性能指标测试与可靠性试验,为柔性功能组件在弹载、星载平台的应用推广奠定技术基础。

【Abstract】 With the vigorous development of emerging technologies,automation,intelligence,and swarm operations are becoming important directions for future warfare.On the constraints of low cost and miniaturization of cluster platform,focusing on the key problems of modularization,integration,and cost-effectiveness of interstellar/inter-missile communication radio frequency signal processing systems,we adopt emerging flexible electronics technology.By fully utilizing the narrow space inside the missile,an integrated conformal flexible radio frequency signal processing module is developed,which possesses the functions of radio frequency signal reception,digital-analog conversion,and digital processing.This realizes the integration of component structure and function and markedly increases the utilization rate of the irregular space of the platform on the missile.It meets the structural restrictions of a supersmall diameter(diameter 35mm,length 40mm).Through complete system performance index tests and reliability experimentation,the technical foundation is laid for the widespread application of flexible functional components on missile-born and satellite-born platforms.
