模拟突扩通道中带蒸发湍流气液两相流的拉氏PDF模型

【摘要】 本文首先引入了一个描述有蒸发的稀疏气液两相流的速度-直径-温度联合PDF输运方程,然后将此模型与模拟气体连续相的雷诺应力模型相结合,用来模拟突扩通道中带蒸发的湍流气液两相流,通过对所有尺寸组的液滴作平均统计得到了气体和液滴的平均速度,脉动速度以及液滴平均直径,与PDPA测量结果(Sommerfeld 1998)做了比较,两者符合得很好,模型所预报的液滴质量流量分布也与测量值符合得很好。
【Abstract】 This paper firstly introduced an joint Velocity-Diameter-Temperature PDF transport equation for describing dilute gas-liquid flow with evaporation.Then this model combined with SOM model of continuum phase was using to simulate evaporating turbulent gas-liquid flow in a pipe expansion. Both the simulated mean velocities,velocity fluctuations of gaseous and particulate were compared to PDPA measurement(Sommerfeld 1998) and show good agreement,where mean velocities,velocity fluctuations and droplet mean diameters were obtained by averaging over all droplet size classes. The profile of droplet mass flux predicted also coincides well with the measured.
