硅灰改性水泥基注浆材料优化粉砂土层性能分析

【摘要】 复合水泥基注浆材料可用于解决由于粉砂土层抗渗性能差、强度低等缺陷引起的深基坑支护、地下空间等结构工程渗漏水等问题。为了研究硅灰改性水泥基注浆材料对粉砂土层的优化效果,通过正交试验和极差分析法研究了不同硅灰掺量、水灰比、水玻璃溶液掺量、水泥掺量对固结体的渗透系数、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响,并对优化后的固结体和对照组固结体进行了性能对比和微观试验。结果表明:以抗渗性能为主要指标,得到浆液较优配比为硅灰掺量10%(质量分数)、水灰比0.4、水玻璃溶液掺量50%(体积分数)、水泥掺量50%(质量分数);优化后的固结体的各项性能指标都优于对照组和正交试验组,其中1d和3d渗透系数较对照组分别降低了50.4%和51.6%,1d渗透系数较正交试验组最小渗透系数降低了16.6%;通过微观试验表明硅灰促进水泥的水化反应,增加了水化产物的生成量,更好地填充了土体之间的空隙,提高了固结体的各项性能。同时,在工程实例应用中,优化配比注浆材料在优化粉砂土层渗漏的工程应用中效果显著。
【Abstract】 Compositecementitious grouting materialcan be used to solve the problems of water seepage and leakage in deep foundation pit support, underground space and other structural engineering caused by the defects of poor seepage resistance and low strength of silt sand soil layers. In order to study the optimization effect of silica fumemodifiedcementitious grouting material on chalk soil layers, the effects of different silica fume dosage, water-cement ratio, water-glass dosage and cement dosage on the permeability coefficient, compressive strength and flexural strength of the solidified bodiesare investigated by orthogonal test and polar analysis of variance, and the performance of the optimized solidified bodies and the control solidified bodiesare compared with each other as well as microscopic test.The results show that: taking the seepage resistance as the main index, the optimal proportion of slurry is 10% silica fume doping(mass fraction), 0.4 water/cement ratio, 50% water-glass solution doping(volume fraction), and 50% cement doping(mass fraction); the optimized solidified bodiesare better than that of the control group and orthogonal test group in all the performance indexes, among which the permeability coefficients of 1d and 3d are reduced by 50.4% and 51.6%respectively compared with the control group, and the 1d permeability coefficient is reduced by 16.6% compared with the minimum permeability coefficient of the orthogonal test group; the microscopic tests show that the silica fume promotes the hydration reaction of the cement, increasing the amount of hydration products, andthe hydration products better fill up the gaps between the soil particles, improving the properties of the solidified bodies. At the same time, in the application of engineering examples, the optimization of grouting material in the optimization of the engineering application of the seepage of the silt sand soil layers has a significant effect.
