结构抗浮在大底盘地下室减碳施工中的应用研究

【摘要】 为研究大底盘地下室项目在施工中的结构抗浮问题,通过某工程大底盘地下室结构抗浮设计的计算分析,并利用MIDAS GTS建立地下室结构抗浮水位的计算模型,研究水位变化对结构抗浮能力的影响,找寻最佳的施工控制水位,进而借助地下水位智能监测控制系统,智能调控施工期间场地内地下水位控制高度,形成有效的绿色减碳降水方案,并结合现场沉降监测验证计算模型的准确性,得到以下结论:大底盘地下室结构施工时,应充分发挥自身结构抗浮能力,在保证结构安全的前提下,优化降水方案,减少能耗,可实现绿色减碳施工;利用地下水智能监测控制技术,可实时掌握场地内地下水位的分布情况,并对场地内水位实施智能自动调控,确保水位维持在施工的最佳控制水位,为有效发挥结构自身抗浮能力和工程安全提供技术保障。

【Abstract】 In order to study the problem of structural buoyancy resistance in the construction of large-chassis basement project, this paper calculates and analyzes the buoyancy resistance design of large-chassis basement structure in a project,and establishes the calculation model of basement structure buoyancy resistance water level by using MIDAS GTS to study the influence of water level change on the structure buoyancy resistance, so as to find the best construction control water level. Then, with the help of the intelligent monitoring and control system of groundwater level, the control height of the lower water level in the interior of the site was intelligently regulated to form an effective green carbon reduction precipitation scheme. The accuracy of the calculation model was verified by on-site settlement monitoring, and the following conclusions were obtained:In the construction of large-chassis basement structure, it is necessary to give full play to the anti-floating ability of its structure, optimize the precipitation scheme, reduce energy consumption, and achieve green carbon reduction construction under the premise of ensuring the safety of the structure. By utilizing intelligent monitoring and control technology for groundwater, the distribution of groundwater level within the site can be monitored in real time, and intelligent automatic control of the water level within the site can be implemented to ensure that the water level is maintained at the optimal control level during construction, providing technical support for effectively utilizing the structure’s anti floating.
