中型商用车混动系统构型比较与能耗分析

【摘要】 随着全球对节能减排的迫切需求,中型商用车作为城市物流和公共交通的重要组成部分,其电动化转型对于降低温室气体排放和提高能源利用效率具有重要意义。本文针对三种中型混合动力商用车驱动系统,即集中式串联、分布式串联和e-CVT混合动力构型,通过动力学建模、电机和内燃机模型以及电池模型的建立,分析各驱动系统的动力特性。进一步地,本文通过仿真比较了基于规则、全局优化和模型预测等控制策略对车辆能耗的影响。研究结果表明,基于动态规划的全局优化控制策略在整体能耗上表现最佳。在各构型经济性方面,e-CVT构型经济性要略优于分布式构型,二者都优于集中式构型。
【Abstract】 With the global urgent demand for energy conservation and emission reduction,medium-sized commercial vehicles,as an important part of urban logistics and public transportation,their electrification transformation is of great significance for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving energy utilization efficiency.This paper aims at three types of medium-sized hybrid commercial vehicle drive systems,namely,centralized series,distributed series,and e-CVT hybrid configurations.Through the establishment of dynamic modeling,motor and internal combustion engine models,as well as battery models,the power characteristics of each drive system are analyzed.Furthermore,this paper compares the impact of control strategies based on rules,global optimization,and model prediction on vehicle energy consumption through simulation.The research results show that the global optimization control strategy based on dynamic programming performs best in overall energy consumption.In terms of economic performance of each configuration,the economic performance of the e-CVT configuration is slightly better than that of the distributed configuration,and both are superior to the centralized configuration.
